You are so close to receiving your order! Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

You can also track your order here using either your order number, tracking number, or the email address you used to purchase.

Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you.

Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered'. If you haven't received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or your neighbors if they have received it on your behalf. 

Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as 'Delivered' before they arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.

We are super excited for you to receive your order, but please be patient!

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

For the other countries not mentioned above, please make sure someone is at home to accept the delivery, or you may have to contact our courier partner to reschedule the delivery.

 

Yes! Typically military parcels can be delivered between 7-15 business days depending on the country of destination. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.

  1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field.
  2. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
  3. The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military:
    • APO: Army Post Office
    • FPO: Fleet Post Office
    • DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
  4. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
    • AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
    • AP: Armed Forces Pacific
    • AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
  5. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.

Depending on where you order from, you may be responsible for any charges that may apply to you from customs (e.g. GST,VAT,  import tax) or other government agencies of your country.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that you can import Coco & Eve products, and we are not able to refund or replace any orders that are held by customs or other government agencies. Do check your local requirements before placing an order from our site.
