You should ensure that you are logged into your member account in the same store to redeem your points for points redemption.
Kindly note that points can only be redeemed in the currency and store you purchased from and cannot be used interchangeably across all stores. Points can be redeemed in conjunction with our existing campaigns. However, we would like to highlight that we only allow one-time redemption of points per order. (E.g. An existing campaign uses "DISCOUNT" to enjoy a 20% promotion off your order. You would be able to redeem points to enjoy $5,$15, or $30 off your total order. However, you would not be able to use multiple denomination vouchers per order.)
Note that Points cannot be redeemed to offset taxes, shipping, or postage. Purchases made using points will not be qualified for free shipping if the minimum spending is not met.
You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking here if you like. However, upon cancellation or termination of a membership, all Rewards linked to that member account will be forfeited immediately. So that you know, the member account will be anonymized and will keep all anonymized information.

Kindly note that you will not receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
Once you are in VIP Tier 1, VIP Tier 2, or VIP Tier 3, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. So please keep in touch with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
Yes! You work hard to earn points, and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account!
The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication, and points could take minutes to several hours to appear in your account.
However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account, you can troubleshoot it with these tricks:
1. Try to refresh your browser.
2. Try to log out and then back into your account.
3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without realizing it.
Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were acquired, and any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your points balance is inaccurate, contact our support team, and they will be assisting you further!
Like every other special milestone that we celebrate in life! Once you have unlocked a new tier, you will receive an email that you have successfully upgraded to the respective VIP Tier!

There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Lotus (VIP Tier 1), Hibiscus (VIP Tier 2), and Orchid (VIP Tier 3). All members will be automatically enrolled to VIP Tier 1 upon creating an account and remain in VIP Tier 1 indefinitely until the Qualifying Spend for VIP Tier 2 or VIP Tier 3 has been met.
A member will automatically be upgraded to the relevant membership tier upon achieving the Qualifying Spend for either VIP Tier 2 or VIP Tier 3.
“12 Month Spend” refers to a member’s net cumulative Spend (after all redeemed Points, Rewards, discounts, returns, and other similar deductions that have been applied) on purchases in the currency and store where the purchases were made, in the past 12 months, excluding gift cards.
A member’s 12 Month Spend is calculated from:
(a) the date the member joins the Program or
(b) the date that the member last changes membership tier to 12 months after that date.
After qualifying for VIP Tier 2, a member will remain at VIP Tier 2 for 12 months from the qualification date until the member then qualifies for a VIP Tier 3.
After qualifying for a VIP Tier 3 (whether having spent time at VIP Tier 2 or not), a member will remain at VIP Tier 3 for 12 months. If the member does not achieve the Qualifying Spend in that time, the member will revert to the appropriate lower tier, according to the member’s actual 12 Month Spend.
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.
The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.
If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit.

Suppose you cancel an order or return a purchase. In that case, the net amount of the transaction related to the cancellation or return will be deducted from your 12 Month Spend. Any points previously awarded regarding the value of the canceled or returned product will be adjusted or reversed.
Any purchase completed using Points does not contribute towards your 12 Month Spend. Hence you will only be awarded the points after deducting your points towards your purchase.
We are working hard on the different features of our loyalty program to provide more for valued customers like yourself! However, currently, points can only be earned and redeemed through a single membership.
Loyalty points cannot be refunded. Therefore, we recommend using the points wisely before redemption.
Upon account creation, your orders and points will be captured accordingly. However, we regret to inform you that past purchases and points made before your account creation could not be stored and reflected in your account.
Members may earn points for their member accounts by purchasing products and taking specific actions set out on our Rewards page. However, points earned for taking action can only be made once with a particular activity (We may amend rewards at our sole discretion from time to time).
Points/rewards will be issued electronically to your member account once the order has been successfully delivered. We will endeavor to notify you via email when you are entitled to Points or have qualified to change to a different tier.
Store and Currency
The currency applicable to the Points earned will be the currency you made your purchases. (e.g., a Purchase made in a US store will earn US currency points). Only transactions completed within the same store in the Site while logged into your Member Account will be eligible towards your 12 Month Spend. (e.g., The next tier's requirement for the US store is $300, and the customer made £300 worth of purchases in the UK store. The customer will not be eligible as a next-tier member in the US store).

To receive your birthday bonus, you must register your birthday at least 30 days before your birthday. Suppose your birthday falls between the day you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward. In that case, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after registration.
This delay is only applicable for the first year you signed up; all successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday.
Limitations; If you have registered your birthday on your rewards account after your birthday has passed in the current calendar year. Rewards would not be added to your account until your birthday the following year.
Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you have registered your birthday on your rewards account and your birthday for the calendar year has yet to pass. You have still not received the additional points in your account.
