You may subscribe through the main collection page, or through the dedicated page of the product you want to subscribe to.

 For the collection page, simply select the “Quick Shop” button for the product you would like to subscribe to, then click on "Add to Cart". You can then follow the checkout process to complete your order. For the main product page, you may select the option that reads “Subscription”, then click “Add to Cart”.

We highly recommend creating an account during checkout in order to manage your subscriptions easily!

As of now, we only have our Super Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner Set available for subscription.

There are many indications to show that your order is a subscription order:

  • When you click "Add to cart" to our Subscription program, and it reflects on cart:

There will be a label stating that the item is a Subscription on the cart

The frequency of its shipment will be indicated.

  • When you proceed to click on "Secure Checkout" to checkout:

You will be directed to the checkout page with the same indication of the type of product, and delivery frequency

  • When you enter your shipping address:

You will be reminded that this is a subscription upon confirming your shipping address and selected shipping method.

  • When you select “Pay now”

There will be a tick box that confirms you’re agreeing to a subscription, and that it will renew at the price and frequency listed until it ends or is cancelled.

  • You will receive a confirmation email that states “Subscription Confirmed”

If you wish to cancel your subscription and want to avoid being charged on a monthly basis, please do it 48 hours before the next billing date. You may contact us HERE for your billing date.

 

That’s all right! You can let the order go through, and cancel it immediately after. At any time you change your mind, you can always re-activate your subscription with us. Please view + How can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, however, the offer will only be applied to first-order subscription. Simply slot in the promo code into the designated text box on cart or checkout.

We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription in your account, by clicking on "Cancel" on the product that you’re subscribed to. If you find yourself changing your mind, you may reactivate your subscription plan in your account settings. To avoid being charged, please cancel 48 hours before your order date.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. After you’ve successfully logged into your account, click on "Manage my Subscription”
  3. Select a reason for the cancellation. Then click on "Cancel my subscription' to complete the process.

You should cancel, or skip your subscription 48 hours before your billing date. Otherwise, you will be charged, we will fulfill your subscription and you will receive your product accordingly.

Of course you can! You can skip your next billing date by managing your subscription in your account.

To skip your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. After you’ve successfully logged into your account, click on "Manage my Subscription”
  3. Click on the subscription you want to skip and select “Skip this order”. Make sure to reconfirm skipping the next cycle by selecting “Skip this order” once again.

 

Skipped an order by accident? Head to “Upcoming Orders”, select your skipped order, and click on “Unskip order”.

If you don’t have an account with us, you would have to create one through our website.

  1. On the navigation bar, you can click on “Account”
  2. Select “Create Account”.
  3. Add in your contact information and chosen password, and select “Create Account”.
  4. Upon submitting your details, you will be receiving a confirmation email to activate your account.
  5. Once you’ve activated your account, you may access it by clicking on “Login” on the navigation bar.

If you already have an account with us, you can select the same “Account” link, and login from there. You may access your subscriptions once you’re logged in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.

You’re billed on the same day of your order date. You can make adjustments to your Order Date. Please view + Can I change the order date of my subscription?

You may make adjustments on your payment method 48 hours before your order date.

To view your order date, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. After you’ve successfully logged into your account, click on "Manage my Subscription”. Your order date should be reflected on the next screen.

         To change your payment method, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. After you have successfully logged into your account, click on “Billing Information”.
  3. Select “Send email to update”. You will be receiving an email notification to make adjustments to billing information.
  4. Open the email labeled “Edit your payment details'', and select “Confirm payment information”. You will be redirected back to your account where you can change your billing information.

Your first subscription will be sent within the standard delivery time from the date you placed the order. You can check for the next delivery date in "Upcoming orders" in your account.

You may only change the order date of orders that aren’t already out for delivery.

To adjust your order date, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Account.
2. After you’ve successfully logged into your account, click on "Manage my Subscription”
3. Click on the subscription you want to skip and select “Order Date”.
4. Choose your new order date, select “Update next order date”. All future orders will adjust to your      new order date while maintaining 30 day intervals.
